THE BUILD
The Build Phase

Here is how we turn the approved designs into a live, scalable website without the technical headaches—and exactly where we draw the line to keep your project on time and on budget.

01.

Engineering the Front-End

The Code

A website isn't a static painting; it's a living digital product that has to work across thousands of different devices and screen sizes.

Goal

Translate the approved design into a fast, scalable, and responsive website.

Process

We build primarily in Webflow, WordPress, or Framer. We utilize industry-standard frameworks to keep the backend clean and manageable, but we don't over-engineer things just for the sake of complexity. We build for the real world. That means we prioritize fluid, responsive layouts and solid, real-world page speed scores.

Boundary

We build marketing assets, not custom software applications. We do not chase 100/100 vanity page speed scores that would require stripping out the essential tracking scripts your business relies on. Additionally, we do not build rigid, "pixel-perfect" mockup clones; we build fluid designs that adapt naturally to actual devices.

Outcome

A fully functional, responsive staging site ready for your review.

02.

CMS Architecture & Content Migration

The Data

Your marketing team needs to be able to use this site on day one without calling a developer every time they want to publish an article or change a headline.

Goal

Structure your data so your team can easily manage the site long-term without breaking the design.

Process

We engineer a custom Content Management System (CMS) tailored to your specific workflow. We build the database infrastructure so that adding new team members, locations, or case studies is as simple as filling out a form.

Boundary

We build the framework, but mass data entry is not a default inclusion. If you have 300 legacy blog posts or a massive resource library to move, we will either scope a dedicated migration plan as a separate line-item, or hand off the clean CMS for your internal team to populate.

Outcome

A populated staging site with an intuitive backend where your team can easily spin up new pages, swap images, and edit text.

03.

Marketing Integrations

The Tech Stack

A beautiful website that doesn't track conversions or feed your CRM is just an expensive digital business card.

Goal

Ensure your new website properly communicates with your existing sales and marketing tools.

Process

Before we push anything live, we review your third-party integrations. We look at your lead capture forms, CRM connections, and tracking requirements, mapping out exactly what scripts need to be connected to ensure your marketing team has the data they need from day one.

Boundary

We will properly install the scripts, pixels, and embed codes you currently use. However, we do not log into your third-party platforms to build marketing automations, fix broken CRM pipelines, or configure your internal software. If your external tools are misconfigured on your end, that falls outside the website scope (though we can consult on this via a separate engagement if needed).

Outcome

A connected digital asset that actively feeds your marketing pipeline and tracks user behavior.

04.

Infrastructure & Launch Prep

The Switch

Taking a site live involves moving parts: DNS records, domain registrars, and hosting environments. We manage the launch so your business doesn't skip a beat.

Goal

Push the site live smoothly without interrupting your day-to-day business operations.

Process

We define exactly where the new site will live and map out the transition from your old host. We point the domain, configure your basic technical SEO redirects (301s) to protect your existing search ranking, and flip the switch.

Boundary

We are your web partners, not your corporate IT department. We do not manage company email hosting, internal networks, or complex domain acquisitions. If your company email (MX records) is bundled with a legacy hosting provider you are leaving, your internal IT team must handle that transfer.

Outcome

Final sign-off, a flipped switch, and your new website is officially live on your domain.
