Projects fail when feedback loops are endless and subjective. We protect your timeline and budget by enforcing a strict process:
Phase 0: The Alignment Call (Pre-Contract)
Before we ever talk about scopes, contracts, or pixels, we need to know if this is actually a problem we can solve.
We don’t take on projects just because a company wants a "new look"—we need to understand the business bottleneck and the exact catalyst that drove you to finally fix your digital presence.
You Provide
- —A completed short intake questionnaire to give us basic context (Who are you? What is broken? What specific problem are you trying to solve right now?)
- —30 minutes of your time for a direct, zero-fluff alignment call
We Deliver
- A frank conversation about your digital footprint and sales friction
- Mapped-out scope and flat-rate investment options if there is alignment; if not, a clear diagnostic of what you actually need to change
Phase 0.5: Proposal & Contracting
If we establish alignment on the call, we move to the proposal stage.
We will send you a short proposal outlining 2 to 3 different options for solving your problem. This allows us to see how you value the solution and where you want to focus our efforts.
You Provide
- —Option selection / feedback on the proposal options
- —Signed contract outlining the full scope, timeline, and deliverables
- —30% non-refundable project deposit
We Deliver
- Short proposal outlining 2 to 3 tailored options
- Formal contract specifying scope, timeline, and exact deliverables
- Official slot secured on our production schedule once deposit clears
Phase 1: Diagnosis & Discovery
Phase 0 was about figuring out if we should work together. Phase 1 is about figuring out exactly how we are going to solve the problem.
Before a single word is written, we audit your current digital footprint and dive into your business model. We don't rely on sterile, written workbooks, real strategy requires a conversation.
We come to the table with a structured baseline of questions, but we let the discussion flow naturally to listen for the off-handed comments and frustrations that reveal the actual bottleneck in your B2B sales process.
You Provide
- —Access to your current website and Google Analytics (GA4) if available
- —Your time and candor for our live Strategy Sessions (usually 1 to 3 focused meetings)
We Deliver
- The Website Friction Audit:A blunt breakdown of where your current site leaks trust and loses deals
- The Competitive Gap Strategy:A clear plan to position you visually and verbally so you look like the absolute best choice
- The Locked-In Sales Narrative:Core B2B positioning with the fluff stripped away
Phase 2: Strategic Blueprint
This is where we build the skeleton.
We define the messaging hierarchy and wireframe the architecture to ensure the site flow matches the buyer's journey. By locking in what goes where and why at this stage, we remove all guesswork from the visual design.
You Provide
- —Approval on the positioning statement
- —The raw knowledge of your expertise (needed for copywriting)
- —Key trust signals (testimonials, partner logos, case study data)
We Deliver
- Full Copywriting:Complete messaging hierarchy document
- Page-by-page structural wireframes built in Figma
- Live Blueprint review call to explain copy psychology and layout logic
Phase 3: Visual Design
With the blueprint locked, we wrap the strategy in a visual language that commands respect.
This isn't an art project, and we aren't just here to "make things pretty." This is about establishing visual authority. We design the exact look and feel required to close the gap between how good your company actually is, and how you are currently perceived by prospects online.
You Provide
- —Your brand assets (vector logos, actual high-res team photography, etc.)
- —Candid dialogue during presentation (honest reactions and concerns so we can walk you through the logic)
We Deliver
- Full-Color Page Layouts:High-fidelity mockups with actual copy, colors, and typography
- The Design Presentation:Live screen-share meeting walking through visual choices and attention mapping
- Structured review and refinement rounds to lock in the final aesthetic
Phase 4: The Build
Because we do not design in the browser, this is typically the fastest phase of the project. Every layout, button, and headline was already approved in Phase 3. Now, we execute.
Our default development environment is Webflow, as it offers the best balance of premium performance and marketing control. However, the platform serves the strategy: we also build on WordPress for massive, complex architectures, or Framer for lean, rapid deployments upon request.
You Provide
- —Final sign-off on all Phase 3 design files (no new design requests are introduced here)
- —Confirmation of domain registrar credentials for launch week
We Deliver
- Fully developed site built on the agreed platform (Webflow, WordPress, or Framer)
- Clean CMS:Content Management System engineered for non-technical updates without design breakage
- Private staging link for final pre-launch review
Phase 5: Launch & Handoff
We don't just flip the switch and disappear. We ensure the technical foundation is flawless, set up your analytics, and train you on how to own your new digital asset.
You Provide
- —Domain registrar access (needed to update DNS records)
- —Final approval to take the site live
We Deliver
- Live website deployed on your custom domain
- Basic technical SEO setup and 301 redirects (to protect search rankings)
- Recorded Webflow CMS training session for independent team management
- Post-launch support window (14 to 30 days depending on scope)
