How we price

We operate on a strict, flat-rate pricing model.

No hourly billing.
No retainer traps.
No surprise invoices.

This document breaks down exactly what you are paying for, how our scopes are structured, and how we protect your budget and timeline from scope creep.

Why We Don’t Bill By The Hour

Most digital agencies and freelancers charge by the hour. It seems fair on the surface, but hourly billing creates a fundamental conflict of interest: it incentivizes the designer to take longer and penalizes them for being efficient. Furthermore, it shifts the financial risk onto you. Every time you ask for a change, you have to wonder what it will cost.

We charge a predictable, flat rate based on the outcome. You aren't paying for our time; you are paying for our expertise to solve a business problem. All projects are fixed-fee based on the strategy we lock in during our initial diagnostic call. If it takes us longer to build it perfectly, that’s on us, not your invoice.

The Core Packages (Deconstructed)

We offer one core service—aligning your digital presence with your actual expertise—delivered at two different scales depending on the complexity of your operation.

Core Scope

The Digital Front Door

Starting at $15,000

Timeline: 6–8 Weeks

Built specifically for the 7-figure operator who is successfully closing deals, but losing margin and referral trust because their website looks like a cheap startup template.

What Drives This Scope

  • A Focused 6-to-12 Page Architecture:Distill your offering into a zero-fluff sales narrative (Home, About, Services, individual deep-dives, and Contact flows).
  • Done-For-You Copywriting:We extract your expertise during strategy calls and write every word to ensure it guides users to convert.
  • High-End Webflow Development:Custom engineering, purposeful animations that build authority, and a clean CMS for easy updates.
Most Popular

The Digital HQ

Starting at $25,000

Timeline: 8–12 Weeks

Built for scaling operations that have moved beyond a simple service offering, targeting multiple personas, sitemaps, and complex use cases.

What Drives This Scope

  • Larger Architecture (12-to-30+ Pages):Covers complex sitemaps requiring deep storytelling, resource hubs, and service breakdowns.
  • Advanced CMS Routing:Interconnected hubs allowing your marketing team to scale and generate pages without needing to hire us again.
  • Multi-Persona Targeting:Designed specifically for businesses targeting diverse buyer types and C-Suite decisions.

High-Leverage Add-Ons

To protect your timeline, our core website scope is strictly enforced. However, if your business requires operational upgrades outside the website foundation, they can be bolted onto your project.

Complete Logo Overhaul

Starting at $5,000

If your current mark is fundamentally broken or holding your brand hostage, putting it on a premium website will look like putting cheap tires on a sports car. We will rebuild it from the ground up before we design the site.

The Sales Armor

Starting at $3,000

A full suite of standardized sales collateral to match your new site. We take the new visual authority and apply it to high-converting pitch decks, premium proposal templates, and social assets to remove price friction at the finish line.

What Is Strictly Exluded?

We are highly specialized in what we do: we build elite digital foundations to drive B2B and professional service sales. To maintain our speed and quality, we say "no" to everything else.

Dan Design does NOT provide:
01.
Complex Third-Party Software Integrations:We will happily embed your CRM forms (HubSpot, Salesforce) or scheduling links (Calendly), but we do not build custom APIs or heavy app integrations.
02.
E-Commerce Stores:We do not build Shopify sites, shopping carts, or storefronts with thousands of SKUs.
03.
Ongoing SEO Retainers:We build flawless technical SEO foundations, but we are not an SEO agency. We build the elite vehicle; your marketing team drives it.

Logistics & Payment Terms

A high-stakes digital asset shouldn’t require you to become a project manager. Our payment and approval structures are built for speed and zero friction.

Payment SCHEDULE

Projects are billed 50% upfront to secure your spot in our production schedule, and 50% upon final delivery and launch.

No payment plans, no hourly billing, no surprise invoices. We accept wire transfer, ACH, or credit card.

Out-of-Scope Requests

If, mid-project, you decide you need 10 extra pages that weren't in the initial brief, we will simply scope them out and provide a flat-rate add-on invoice. We never pause the core build; we simply add the new requirements to the end of the sprint.
