02: Core Asset Gathering
We wrap your messaging in a presentation that matches the actual caliber of your operation. We rely on your existing visual identifiers to anchor that framework on day one.
Must be clean SVG or AI files. Low-resolution PNGs or flattened JPEGs will pause production.
If you have previously established font specifications, style manuals, or color palettes, upload them directly to our shared space.
Provide high-resolution files. Standard clean layouts will be used as placeholders if professional photography isn't ready.
03: Responsibilities & Project Guardrails
To keep this project running fast, on time, and on budget, we establish clear operational rules and verify project boundaries before any building begins.
One person must own final structural and text sign-offs to prevent internal feedback loops from stalling the project.
Keep your logins for GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Cloudflare handy. Your team will need direct access to point nameservers during launch week.
Identify where your current site lives (WordPress, HubSpot, Squarespace) and verify that you have administrative backend access.
Verify that your design expectations align perfectly with the specific number of marketing pages mapped out in your approved proposal.
