Critical Blockers

Items marked with a red dot () are critical blockers. We cannot start design or production work without them. Non-blockers can be finalized during early sprint phases.

01: Alignment Call Integration

Before we start planning a layout, we need to bring the business goals from our initial calls directly into the project workspace so we can break down how your business makes money, fix referral leaks, and capture more opportunities.

Complete the intake questionnaire

Link sent via email right after deposit confirmation.

Write down your primary business goals for the next 6 to 12 months

Pinpoint what specific targets, numbers, or business outcomes will make this project a total success.

Clearly define your ideal customer

Clarify exactly who your absolute best buyers are, the specific problems they are trying to solve when they find you, and who they pull in to evaluate vendor choices.

Map out what counts as a qualified lead for your sales team

Is it an automated trial sign-up, a requested price quote, a booked presentation demo, or a direct phone call?

Pull your baseline traffic and sales numbers

Know your approximate monthly unique website visitors, total raw leads generated per month, and your average closing rate.

Document your average sales cycle length

Note down approximately how long it takes a fresh lead to convert into an active opportunity, and finally into a paying customer.

List your top three direct competitors

We look at them to see what their customers expect to find, map out where they are dropping the ball, and identify where you can win.

State who built your current website and why they are not doing this redesign

Gives us critical context on previous technical mistakes, platform constraints, or communication breakdowns to avoid repeating them.

02: Core Asset Gathering

We wrap your messaging in a presentation that matches the actual caliber of your operation. We rely on your existing visual identifiers to anchor that framework on day one.

Gather your official logo files

Must be clean SVG or AI files. Low-resolution PNGs or flattened JPEGs will pause production.

Upload existing brand guidelines or documentation

If you have previously established font specifications, style manuals, or color palettes, upload them directly to our shared space.

Compile professional team, executive, and facility photography

Provide high-resolution files. Standard clean layouts will be used as placeholders if professional photography isn't ready.

03: Responsibilities & Project Guardrails

To keep this project running fast, on time, and on budget, we establish clear operational rules and verify project boundaries before any building begins.

Designate the single primary decision-maker on your team

One person must own final structural and text sign-offs to prevent internal feedback loops from stalling the project.

Locate your domain registrar access credentials

Keep your logins for GoDaddy, Namecheap, or Cloudflare handy. Your team will need direct access to point nameservers during launch week.

Confirm your current website platform and hosting provider

Identify where your current site lives (WordPress, HubSpot, Squarespace) and verify that you have administrative backend access.

Review the exact project scope and page count limits

Verify that your design expectations align perfectly with the specific number of marketing pages mapped out in your approved proposal.
