We include a dedicated support period right after launch to catch any immediate bugs and hand over full control to your team. Review the items below to see exactly how we handle launch week and where our responsibilities end.

01: Launch Day & Domain Setup
Moving your website from our private project link to your permanent domain name requires changing your domain settings. We coordinate these updates so the switch happens cleanly without blocking your active web traffic.
If you have links indexed on Google from your old site, we map them so they automatically send visitors to the correct page on your new site. This protects your search rankings.
Making sure that typing your address with or without the "www." goes to the exact same place, and that the lock icon showing your site is secure displays properly.
Checking your live website across different phones and computers immediately after launch to make sure text wraps and images display perfectly.
Confirming that small elements like the custom tab icon at the top of your browser window (favicon), your site’s link descriptions on Google, and the "Page Not Found" fallback screen are active and accurate.
02: Tracking Pass & Form Verification
A website that doesn't capture business opportunities is just an expensive digital business card. We perform live tests to prove that your primary customer contact paths are working.
We fill out and send a real test message through your live contact sections to verify that user inquiries go straight to your team's notification email.
Checking the backend code to ensure tools like Google Analytics are properly tracking live visitor clicks and page views.
Telling search engines directly that your new site layout is ready to be crawled and displayed in search results.
Making sure any existing tracking codes you provided (such as a LinkedIn tag or a Meta pixel) are sitting correctly in the code header.
03: Performance Realities & Layout Standards
We deliver a fast, reliable website built for customer conversions. We focus on real-world usability rather than technical gimmicks that make a site hard to update or maintain.
We target solid, reliable page loading speeds on premium hosts. We do not compromise your sales tracking by chasing artificial 100/100 speed scores that would require us to delete the essential tracking codes your business relies on.
Web screens are fluid. Design sections are engineered to wrap and adjust comfortably to the shape of whatever screen your customer uses, rather than forcing a rigid, unmoving template that looks good on one monitor but breaks on another.
04: Retainer-Free Handoff (Team Independence)
We set up your site so your team can make text edits and image swaps without needing to hire a developer for every tiny change.
A plain-English walkthrough showing your staff how to add new text updates, change project details, or swap banner images on your own.
We give you a private link to a recorded video of your training walkthrough so you can save it and use it to onboard future employees independently.
Shifting the primary ownership lines and hosting accounts directly to your company cards so you are the total master of your asset.
05: Post-Launch Boundaries (Omissions)
To protect our schedule and keep ongoing builds on track, we maintain a clear perimeter around what falls outside standard post-launch support.
Included support covers fixing technical bugs inside the layouts we agreed to launch. Writing entirely new text plans or adding unexpected pages resets our project line.
We make sure your website stays online and looks amazing. If leaving your old host causes your company email inbox to drop connection, or if your local staff loses an account password, your internal IT person must handle that reset.
We guarantee your web forms collect data cleanly and pass it into your tracking platform (like HubSpot or Salesforce). Building custom follow-up email sequences, mapping text fields inside your CRM software, or organizing your sales pipeline columns falls completely outside this web contract.
