The Process
How your project moves forward step-by-step, and how we keep things on schedule.
A standard project takes 4 to 8 weeks, while large websites with lots of pages run between 8 and 12 weeks. We lock the exact schedule into your contract before we start. The only thing that changes the timeline is how long your team takes to give feedback. If we send you a link to review and it takes your team 5 days to get back to us, your launch date simply moves back by 5 days.
It is a deep, recorded video meeting where we look purely at the business logic. We do not look at colors, fonts, or pictures. Instead, we break down exactly how your business makes money, figure out what your customers need to see to trust you, and look at your top three competitors to find out where they are dropping the ball so you can win those leads.
No. We take your raw notes, answers from our calls, and details about your target market to write all your website copy and headlines from scratch. If you have text from your old site you want to keep, we can use it as a baseline, but we will still edit and clean it up to make sure it speaks directly to your ideal customer.
Each part of the project includes up to two review meetings and exactly one round of changes. We ask you to bundle your notes and give them to us all at once so we can make the updates in one clean pass. Sending small, piecemeal requests over email or changing your mind after a section is finished slows everything down and will require a separate payment invoice billed at $150/hr.
No. We work through clear steps. Once you sign off on the black-and-white page outlines, your text and page layouts are locked so we can start designing the visuals. Once you sign off on the full-color designs, the visuals are locked so we can code the site. Changing your mind on a step you already approved resets our timeline.
What You Get (The Deliverables)
Exactly what we build for your business, the tools we use, and what to expect technical-wise.
We build custom sites using Webflow, WordPress, or Framer depending on what makes the most sense for your business workflow. We use clean, standard setups so the site stays simple to manage. We never use cheap pre-made templates or messy plugins that slow down your site or break in a few months.
We connect your existing analytics codes, tracking pixels, and visitor snippets directly into your new site. We also test your contact forms on launch day to ensure customer messages successfully land in your team's inbox or lead-tracking system.
Yes. We set up your website's editing backend so your team can change text, update staff profiles, or add new articles on your own without writing a line of code or breaking the layout. We include a live training session and give you short, custom video guides so you never have to hire a developer just to fix a typo.
Redesigning your company logo is standard if it is written into your contract. Professional photography and custom art illustrations are not included in baseline packages. We use high-quality, licensed stock photos to style your pages, but we highly encourage using real photos of your team and office if you have them.
No, and you shouldn't want it to. Layout drawings are static images, but the live internet is fluid. We build flexible website sections that automatically stretch, shrink, and adjust to fit beautifully on whatever size phone, tablet, or monitor your customer happens to use.
No. We build clean websites that load lightning-fast for real humans. We will not compromise your sales results by chasing a fake 100/100 score on a developer metric tool, especially when a perfect score requires deleting the essential analytics codes your team needs to track leads.
Pricing & Payments
How we price projects, split up invoices, and manage changes.
Every service business is different. Your price quote is based strictly on what your business needs: the number of pages we are building, how your backend editor needs to be set up, and whether you need a new logo. We give you one flat price upfront during our introduction call so there are zero surprise fees later.
We bill in a standard three-part format: a 30% deposit to secure your spot on our calendar and start our research, 30% after you approve the black-and-white page outlines, and the final 40% balance once your private staging link is finished and ready to go live.
We do not start on the next step of a project until the milestone payment before it is cleared. If an invoice sits unpaid past its due date, your project schedule pauses and your launch date will move back until the balance is taken care of.
Your 30% deposit locks your spot on our production calendar and is non-refundable once strategy work begins. If you need to cancel a project mid-build, you are only responsible for paying for the specific project steps we have fully completed up to that day.
Post-Launch Support
What happens the day the website goes live, and where our job ends.
Every launch includes a standard post-launch support window (typically 14 to 30 days depending on your contract scale). During this time, we fix any unexpected bugs, double-check your form notifications, and make sure your domain name connects cleanly.
No. Our job is to connect your new website to your domain name and set up redirects so you don't lose your current Google rankings. We do not manage company email hosting, office networks, or password resets. If leaving your old web host impacts an email account that was bundled with it, your internal IT manager must handle that transition.
No. We guarantee that your website forms collect customer info smoothly and pass it into your system (like HubSpot or Salesforce). Anything that happens after that lead leaves your website—like building automated email sequences, creating follow-up tasks, or fixing internal fields inside your software dashboard—is up to your team.
We build an exceptionally clear website that directly proves your value to your ideal customer. However, your long-term lead numbers rely on variables outside of web design—including the quality of your marketing traffic, the strength of your sales offers, and your local market demand. Most operations see a noticeable jump in lead quality within 60 days of launching their new structure.
