Phases 1 and 2 of our workflow are dedicated entirely to strategy and blueprinting. Before we even talk about aesthetics, we need to define exactly how your new digital asset will drive revenue. Here is how we build that foundation.
Find the Friction
The Deep-Dive Discovery
You know your website isn't working, but you might not know exactly why. Before we prescribe a solution, we have to diagnose the leak.
Claim Your Market Position
The Competitive Gap
If you sound like everyone else in your industry, you force prospects to make their decision based on price. We need to get you out of the commodity trap.
Engineer the Sales Narrative
Messaging Hierarchy
A website should not be a digital brochure filled with company history; it must act as a 24/7 salesperson. Customers are selfish—they don't care about your mission statement until they know you can solve their specific problem.
Map the Buyer's Journey
The Blueprint Wireframe
Great visual design is exactly what makes your messaging connect with the user. If the presentation is wrong, no one will ever read the copy. But if we skip straight to the visuals without a plan, we are just guessing. Before we design anything, we have to prove the underlying logic of the site actually works.
Once we have absolute, 100% alignment on how the site functions and the Blueprint is approved, the heavy strategic lifting is done. Only then do we have the green light to move into Phase 3: Visual Design, where we wrap this proven logic in a premium visual aesthetic.
Note:Approval of the Strategic Blueprint triggers the second 30% milestone invoice. Once paid, we begin Phase 3.
