Redesign your website so it will do a better job filling your sales pipeline with higher quality leads – and look amazing while doing it.
Dan Design's website packages were created to help early stage startups who are ready to hit that next stage of growth, but KNOW their website will hold them back.
Dan is a great choice if you are...
If you’re worried that all your customer acquisition efforts are or will fall short because of your website presentation...
If you’ve gone the freelancer, DIY, or work-for-hire route and it’s failed to deliver, and you know you need a professional who knows startups...
From a designer who knows how to make a startup website deliver, who won't have you chasing after "just" pretty designs.
Get a website that isn't only awesome, but dead on target for your ICP and customer acquisition efforts.
Get your new website live in weeks, not months. 6-8 weeks on average if you're ready to move fast.
You’ll work with a pro who helped grow a bootstrapped $700k arr startup to $5mil + acquisition!
No surprises, no extra hours requested. One price out the door so you know what you're spending and can budget accordingly.
You won't waste your time in endless discovery meetings for weeks. You'll have designs in your inbox within days of engaging.
Your website and design is made especially for your business and ICPs, no boiler plates or reused templates here.
Maybe you’re interested, but what happens when you decide you want to “get started”?
Schedule a quick introduction call where you can ask questions and decide if you want to work with Dan.
If we didn't cover everything during the intro call, we can schedule a deeper discovery call if there's an interest in moving forward.
Once you decide you want to move forward, you’ll be sent a simple contract and payment link to get things started.Payment is accepted through most major credit cards and ACH
Once you’ve paid, you’ll receive a confirmation email along with an invite to an onboarding call.If we covered enough ground in the earlier discovery call, we can skip the onboarding call and get straight to the design.
Once we're both confident we understand each others vision, your website design will start (expect to see designs with 5 business days)
You’ll review your design options and provide your feedback. We'll be using Figma, and sending you prototype designs to review and manage feedback.
We'll keep going until we're both thrilled to get the site built and live!
Once you approve the website prototype, your site will move to development
Be default, we use Webflow to develop early stage websites. If you need or prefer a different platform, that's ok. We'll work out those details during the first week's meeting before the contract is sent.
We'll develop the site and provide a staging URL that will allow you to monitor progress and provide feedback.
When your site is done, we'll work with you to decide on a go-live date and we'll help you launch the new website. We'll meet and discuss the technical details as each roll-out tends to be unique.
Most projects share a lot of the same needs and steps, but the devil is in the details, right? We'll make sure to customize your package if you have any special requirements.
Starting at
$6,495
Startups that are just starting out and need a powerful and simple website solution to attract investors & early adopters (one-page website)
Starting at
$14,995
Startups that are starting to get traction and need to show-off their product features more to acquire paying users (between 5-10 pages)
Starting at
$29,995
Startups that are ready to hit the growth stage and need a website that will deliver a higher quality pipeline (starting at 20+ pages)
Website packages do not include virtual or voice meetings (with the exception of the onboarding phase and the Growth website package).
Meetings are hard to work into processes and workflows, making them near impossible to optimize. While important, to keep cost down, we do not include meetings during the design or development phases. You can imagine what an impromptu 2 hour meeting could do to a day’s calendar - We’re sure you can appreciate that.
We do make it possible to schedule meetings, but at a $150 hourly rate. This way, we are both incentivized to keep meetings as efficient and productive as possible so we can both get back to work :)
The FAQs and where you can find the “fine-print”
You might be surprised to learn, but Dan Design is a one man operation. My name is Daniel, and I've been working with startups since 2012 and in the game a lot longer than that.
I sat in the solo-designer/marketer chair at a bootstrapped B2B SaaS startup for many years, helping them grow from $700k ARR to over $5mil and a founder exit acquisition. (growing to $12mil and 90 employees before my exit)
All that to say, I've learned and tested, extensively, what works, what doesn't, what matters, and all the stuff you can, and should, ignore.
Suffice it to say, if I had a million dollars, what would I do?
Exactly what I'm doing :)
If for some reason we can’t get you an option that you'd like to revise, then you walk-away.
Request a refund, we’ll cancel your project and send the refund right away (minus processing fees) - assuming no positive feedback and progress has been made during the design phase.
Minimal.
Depending on the size of your project, we may only need an hour of your time during discovery then your email availability through the following weeks for feedback on our progress.
The decision maker. We need the one person who can make decisions about the project and speak authoritatively about your business.
Whoever knows your product and customers the best. If that's you, then we're all set. If it's a co-founder, sales leader, or someone else - their insights are invaluable to the success of your website!
Typically 6-8 weeks - assuming you're ready to move fast, are responsive to feedback requests, and we have limited rounds of revisions.
Larger websites, 20+ pages, could take longer as these sites typically have more than one ICP (industry, use cases, larger product offering - features, etc...)
Dan operates in good faith, so you won’t be held to any long term commitment if it’s not working out. Last thing we want is to take the money from an unhappy customer.
So there are no cancel penalties or retro payments. You can walk away at any time.
That said, there are no refunds for past invoices paid or for work done that was given your previous approval and moved forward to the next stage. ie ( you approved a website design option, you approved revisions, we're at the development stage, and you back out)
The payment schedule and refund policy will be clearly defined in the contract you'll review before beginning the project and will supersede any terms listed or inferred here or elsewhere.
